Taiji & Qigong is a dedicated wellness school based in East Finchley, where we offer Tai Chi (Taiji) and Qigong classes designed to enhance your health and fitness. Led by James Drewe, a highly experienced instructor with decades of practice, our sessions, both group and private, are suitable for all abilities. Through gentle movement, mindful breathing, and meditation, we help you build strength, improve mobility, and restore balance of body and mind. Our East Finchley classes take place at the Methodist Hall, and we also provide online tuition for flexibility.
